DR. DAN NAGORSKI
PT, DPT, OCS
Dr. Nagorski, a proud native of Massapequa, has deep roots in his community. After graduating from Massapequa High School in 2006, he pursued his passion for biology at SUNY Geneseo, earning his degree in 2010, followed by his graduation from Stony Brook University in 2013.
My Story
Dr. Nagorski's career commenced in New York City, where he honed his skills under the mentorship of leading doctors at prestigious institutions such as HSS, NYU, and Mount Sinai. Returning to Long Island, he served as a clinical director for five years at one of the region's largest outpatient physical therapy providers.
Throughout his career, Dr. Nagorski has continuously enhanced his expertise. He achieved the esteemed title of Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist in 2020 and holds certifications in advanced manual therapy techniques such as ART and Graston, advanced exercise training including BFR, and advanced Parkinson’s treatment through LSVT BIG. Drawing from methodologies such as those from the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), Institute for Physical Art (IPA), Mulligan Concept, Functional Movement Systems (SFMA), and others, he maintains a commitment to ongoing education, which he credits for expediting his patients’ recovery.
Dr. Nagorski's approach transcends mere symptom management. He delves into the root causes behind each patient’s condition, aiming not just to treat 'what' is happening, but 'why' it occurs and 'how' to resolve it. Every patient receives a comprehensive evaluation, accompanied by personalized education and empowerment to achieve their wellness goals.

Dr. Nagorski currently lives in West Islip with his wife, 2 children and dog (Dakota).
